Terry also was very educational to us throughout the process so we knew what we were selecting for the project. The work is outstanding ! The workers were courteous and cleaned up everyday. The project was completed on schedule and when rain was in the forecast we were always notified of possible changes. We fully trust Coates bros and would recommend them to anyone.”

"Recently had our roof replaced. Terry was very thorough when meeting with us to prepare an estimate. Due to the backlog from the winter wind storms and spring rains, we did have to wait quite a while before the work could be done. However, the work was done within the timeframe quoted. The whole crew was very professional and respectful of our property. They were very hard working and worked diligently until they completed the job. They did a great job cleaning up and were very thorough.
We did have one unforeseen issue, but Terry and his crew quickly resolved the issue in a timely fashion and to our satisfaction. I would highly recommend Coates Bros.! Great job!!”

"Terry from Coates Bros. did a thorough job of examining our 23 year old roof to determine our needs during the quote process. He was friendly and explained everything quite well. Not high pressure sales at all. His crew were a pleasure to work with, friendly and efficient. They did a great job and cleaned up the area quite well. I've seen many neighbors get new roofs, but none of the other companies worked with as much care as Coates Bros. They draped large tarps from the roof to the ground to protect the sides of the house and make clean up easier. They used a magnetic sweeper to pick up nails. They cleaned out the gutters afterwards.They even painted the roof vents, making them look brand new.”

"Tuesday - signed contract. Thursday - pallet of shingles in the yard. Friday - new roof! Terry was though from the beginning, showed me a video from 1st climbing up the ladder, showed ever missing, lose and deteriorating shingle, all the vents, etc., I had a total of 6 estimates. Price was reasonable and fair, not low ball, not excessive. Had a good reputation locally, was professional and personable. On time. communicated and followed through. I didn't find any nails or debris of any kind. Answered all my question in detail. Even drew me a picture to explain. Reliable, honest, dependable. I am confident my money was well spent. Deserves your highest rating! Exactly the kind of company you want on your list!"
